OKFest satellite event: Updating the Finnish law to make crowd-funding legal.

This workshop will be held in Finnish language.

In Finland the law currently makes crowd-funding very risky and informal donations impossible. In this session we will finalize a correcting law proposal, which will be (hopefully) later submitted to the parliament with the required 50K signatures.
