This is the message contained in the stamps created by Swedish artist Andreas Nordwall. The stamps can be ordered on-line and be used for adding this crucial piece of information to notes of any currency.
Money stamping is one project that was born within the Underfund network. The name Underfund actually comes from the Swedish word 'underfund', which means 'peculiar idea or revelation'. The english associations 'under' and 'funding' are in this case correct as well, since one of the main Underfund activities is to run its own microeconomy. Every member donates a small sum of money (4 euros) every month and every member can propose a project to be funded. A real-time voting system is used to decide which of the project receives funding.
Underfund takes in new members only through recommendation of existing members and enjoyes operating as a 'secret' organisation.
