Gisle Froysland dirige BEK, une structure associative de Bergen, tournée vers la réappropriation des technologies et les expérimentations électroniques. Son équipe accueille des artistes des chercheurs, pour développer leurs recherches à travers un principe résidence. BEK est également porteur du festival « Piksel » associé cette année à Pixelache. (Norvège)
Luka Frelih (Ljudmila, Slovénie) : le Ljubljana Media Lab est un acteur clé de la vie culturelle en Slovénie qui a donné naissance à de nombreux projets artistiques novateurs tout en développant des outils informatiques libres. Luka Frelih est un artiste-hacker de Ljudmila.
Pablo De Soto (Hackitectura, Espagne) : le barcelonais viendra nous parler des orientations tactiques et politiques d’Hackitectura. Ils ont contribué récemment à l’organisation de l’événement « Fadaiat » (« satellite » ou « espace » en arabe), laboratoire sur la liberté de connaissance et la liberté de mouvement opérant à Tarifa et à Tanger sur le Détroit de Gibraltar.
Raitis Smits (RIXC, Lettonie) : le RIXC, Centre pour la Culture des Nouveaux Médias de Riga est une organisation pionnière dans le domaine des web radios dans les années 90. Structure légère, RIXC a mené de nombreuses collaborations internationales et organise le festival « Art+Communication » qui fêtera ses 10 ans en août prochain.
Juha Huuskonen (Pixelache, Finlande) : il est à l’initiative du Festival Pixelache à Helsinki, et travaille à des échanges planétaires dans les sphères des cultures et des politiques du numérique, avec l’Inde, la Colombie.
Benjamin Cadon (Labomedia, Orl éans) : Espace Culture Multimédia, Labomedia est une structure exemplaire en terme de media lab autonome et dans son implication sociale et culturelle au niveau local.
Jean-Noël Montagné (Art Sensitif, Paris) est président de l’association Art Sensitif, et initiateur du centre de Ressources Art Sensitif à Mains d’Œuvres.

Luka Frelih (Ljudmila, Slovenia) : the Ljubljana Media Lab is a key actor of the cultural life in Slovenia who created lots of innovative artistic projects by developping free computing tools. Luka Frelih is an artist-hacker of Ljudmila.
Pablo De Soto (Hackitectura, Spain) : this man from Barcelona will come to teach us the tactical orientations and politics of Hackitectura. They have recently contributed to the organization of the event « Fadaiat » (« satellite » or « space » in arabic), laboratory for the liberty of knowledge and the liberty of moving active in Tarifa and in Tanger on the Detroit of Gibraltar.
Raitis Smits (RIXC, Lettonia) : the RIXC, Centre for the Culture of New Media of Riga, is a pioneer organisation in the field of the web radios in the 90s. RIXC is a light structure who did several international collaborations and organized the festival « Art+Communication » that will celebrate its 10th anniversary next august.
Juha Huuskonen (Pixelache, Finland) : he’s on the initiative of the Pixelache Festival in Helsinki and he works with India and Colombia on planet exchanges in the spheres of the cultures and the politics of the digital.
Benjamin Cadon (Labomedia, Orl éans) : Labomedia, a Culture Multimedia Space, is an exemplary structure on term of autonomous media lab and in its social and cultral implication on local level.
Jean-Noël Montagné (Art Sensitif, Paris) is the president of the association Art Sensitif and initiator of the Ressource Centre Art Sensitif at Mains d’Œuvres.
